Maintaining Serenity Throughout Your Day

An exercise to keep serenity and balance throughout your day:

1. Ask God for help and imagine His refined energy, Light and Sound, love, guidance, and protection flowing into your heart in great and balanced measure. 2. Put in place a permanent God shield around you. Let only God's energy permeate the Inner altar of your beingness. 3. Take up the sword of God, the energy needed to proceed each day without getting drained, and the face of love and serenity to know the serenity you deserve, the acceptance of reality without resistance, the courage and awareness it takes to change what you can, and freedom and the wisdom to know what you need to do next. 4. Live in present time. 5. You may want to remember, contemplate, and repeat the simple yet powerful prayer of Alcoholics Anonymous, the Serenity Prayer: ―God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.‖Here is a contemplative exercise to face life's challenges and gain greater closeness to God and Its Will.
